Opening hours: Monday up until Saturday from 9h to 12h30 and from 13h to 17h.
During the pre sale period (from June 18 nd up until July 20th) a reservation by phone can be paid by transferal. The transfer has to be done before the 22th of July, otherwise the tickets will be put back up for sale. You have to make the deposit on the account number 748-0252903-30 (for international payments: IBAN: BE15 7480 2529 0330 - BIC: KREDBEBB) with the following message ‘Kaarten TAZ 2012 + client number’. Paid tickets can either (five days after the transferral) be collected at the counter of Toerisme Ostend, Monacoplein 2, during the opening hours. Or the tickets, booked on your name, can be collected at the entrance of the specific show, from one hour onwards before the beginning of the show. Should you have booked tickets for several shows, all tickets can be collected at the entrance of the first performance.
After July 20th, tickets booked by phone can no longer be paid by means of a deposit. You can only pay them at the counter of Toerisme Ostend (Monacoplein 2), during the opening hours, up to two hours before the performance. Tickets which haven’t been collected will be put back up for sale.
Paid tickets cannot be exchanged nor returned
